| Another step in reorganization was the construction of a new building in a centrally located area near Minneapolis - St. Paul boundary line. The structure, completed in November 1974, comprises some 900,000 cubic feet of general warehouse space. Unique in structural concept for a storage warehouse, the building has a 28-ft ceiling clearance, with an expandable north wall. Adjustable heavy duty storage racking goes as high as 22 feet, and narrow aisle reach trucks operate in eight to nine-foot-wide aisles. |
